Can I transfer my lease?

No, it is company policy that we do not transfer leases. If a family member or friend is interested in your unit they will have to book a showing and go through the application process. We do not guarantee their application will be approved.  However, you are welcome to let us know that they are interested in your unit. 

Are your Properties Pet Friendly?

We have many pet friendly options. To check you can look at the property listings our on website under the "For Rent" tab or you can call the office to verify. 

How can I pay my rent?

Here at Universal Realty we have three rent payment options.

  1. Pre-Authorized Debit Form (PAD) - If you wish to have your rent payments come out automatically from your bank account, we require you to fill out a PAD form alongside a void cheque and return to the office.  These payments are always made on the 1st of every month. Contact the office if you wish to have the PAD form sent to you. 

  2. Secure Web Portal -

    • Our web portal offers you a convenient and secure way to pay your rent. If you wish to set up an account, contact our office during business hours at (306) 652-7736 and a representative will help you get started by sending you a secure web link.

    • Please note: The web portal is a secure link, that allows only 15 minutes to set up your account. If you call the office make sure you are ready to input your banking information to complete the process. Once payment has been made through the portal please allow up to 4 business day for the payment to clear your bank. 

  3. Debit – Please visit our office at 621B Main St, Saskatoon, SK to make your rent payment in person.

Please note: We only accept e-transfer for your very FIRST month's rent.
